We’ve planned a 6-month (June – December) fulfilling learning path that will grant you access to business know-how, relationship management and all sorts of engaging activities that make up the HP Way.

Your Profile:

- Enrolled in University or graduating after January 2024
- Independent with a positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English

What will your day consist of?

Mainly responsible for SAP migration activities:

- Data Preparation – checks between the data in the previous legacy system and the data in the new system
- Contact validation
- Issue ticket logging

Post migration to SAP S4 :

- Pro forma invoices generation
- Ensuring that proforma invoices are uploaded accurately into customer portal and, if not, resolve fall out and trigger corrections
- eInvoicing set up checks, ensuring that our invoices reach the customer
- Identifying accounts that failed migration and work with SAP S4 Subject Matter Expert to ensure fall out resolution
- Ensuring processing documentation exists
- Supporting with data retention storage
