    Fluent in English (both written and spoken), French is considered a plus.


    What you’ll be doing
    Act as SPOC for the customers & partners regarding the requests for the services operated by SSPO;
    Correlate the information available in different tools to correctly assess and classify the requests coming from the customers/partners/other entities;
    Support the incident management process by interacting with all the involved parties in the investigation to understand the status of the problem and ensure its resolution in the agreed SLA;
    Send recurrent notifications with the updates about the investigation for the ongoing critical incidents;
    Ensure the correct tracking of the updates and perform continuous follow up with the involved parties until the details of an issue/incident is understood;
    Analyze historical data to identify recurrent incidents and treat them accordingly.
