What do you need to be successful?
Middle experience with recruitment, personal agency, headhunting etc. Experience in recruitment in the logistics area can be a plus;
Proactive, positive and hard working person with focus on detail;
Great communication skills; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources can be an advantage, but it is not mandatory;
English - B2 level;
Advantage to bring new ideas for more successful and effective recruitment;
Common sense and practical approach;
Responsibility, reliability, confidentiality; Independence and desire to learn things quickly are also very important;
Organizational skills - you should be able to identify the main priorities and organize your work as efficiently as possible;
What does a RECRUITER do at Warehousely?
Be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process = sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, matching the most suitable candidates to different positions to deliver the recruitment of blue collar workers and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience;
You will develop and update job descriptions for available positions (when needed);
You will manage a diverse list of job platforms and candidates of different backgrounds;
Collaborate sometimes with hiring consultants from personal agencies;
A Recruiter also can acts sometimes as a contact person for Supervisors and helps them deal with a variety of issues related to employees (from capacity security, through consultations to solve all kinds of everyday situations in the warehouse, etc.);
Provide guidance, support and counsel to employees on defined employee relations issues;
You should not miss an overview of the main KPIs, trends and tools in HR (in the field of recruitment, adaptation, turnover, etc.), but not limited to this;
As a Recruiter, if you have a basic overview of labor law issues, can be an advantage; Of course, the position also includes administrative activities and reporting.
