    To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner located in Flex Timisoara.

    Reporting to the Purchasing Supply Chain Manager, the Planner will actively participate in the strategic development of the company.

    What a typical day looks like:
    • You will process accurately customers’ demands in the system;
    • You will interface with customers for escalations related to commitments execution, expediting orders and solving problems;
    • You will monitor, communicate and escalate issues that influence customer deliveries performance and inventory targets;
    • Planning, scheduling, coordinating and approving orders for production towards production planning department based on available materials, capacity and customer priorities;
    • Providing information to management and production control for production rescheduling in case of design changes, insufficient materials or labor, backlog and other potential causes for plan failure;
    • You will represent Order Management in CFT; convert customer orders to plan / production orders;
    • You will evaluate and compare current customers’ orders with previous ones, communicates analysis results, material issues and inventory risks in CFT;
    • Ensuring correspondence between customer orders, MPS and sales transactions;
    • Generating simulations on different production scenarios and communicates in CFT their inventory impact;
    • E&O reports preparation with case details, including cascade graphics and component-level feedback;
    • ECOs incorporation in MPS and production orders;
    • You will prepare the claims and making them available to Program Management team;
    • Weekly preparation of the commitment on the availability of materials for production;
    • Communicating to CFT the situation of materials needed in production


    The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
    • Higher education in economic field is a plus;
    • Proficient English level;
    • Good MS Office level (Excel, Word etc.);
    • Experience in material procurement in production environment - it is a plus;
    • Experience in working with ERP systems;
    • Good communication and negotiation skills;
    • Team working skills.
