    For our amazing team, which is expanding, we are looking for a Digital Marketing and Performance Specialist to join our team.

    Desired skills and experience
    Degree/Diploma in marketing, business, or related qualification
    Good experience in B2C or B2B services or for the online leg of an omni-channel business or for a marketplace.
    Strong knowledge of Google Marketing Suite (Ads, GA4/UA, Tag Manager), Facebook Ads, Retargeting Platforms, Reddit ads, Huawei ads, or other advertising platforms;
    At least 3+ years of working experience in digital marketing, extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing;
    At least 1+ years of professional experience in HR Services is an important advantage;
    Proven experience in performance marketing and creating targeted lead generation marketing campaigns;
    Good working experience in SEO and SEM;
    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    Knowledge of promotional tools and online marketing tactics;
    Good knowledge of GA, HotJar, other analytical tools;
    Proficient with Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office;
    Passionate, hardworking, analytical, persistent, cooperative attitude.

    Ensuring strong value-based messaging, brand consistency and company’s core values across all communications also to identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
    Planning and managing online marketing campaigns with the scope to generate plans to increase leads, sales, brand awareness and reach, product and brand consideration or web traffic campaigns;
    Optimising and growing all types of Google Ads campaigns with data-driven approach, and goal-oriented attitude - continually learning & experimenting with creatives, bids & audiences;
    Planning and managing marketing activities (email marketing, segmented communication) to current customer database and manages tools to do it;
    Working on building customer acquisition funnels, tools for optimising marketing campaigns (including creating a landing page);
    Responsibility for website positioning, SEO and SEM;
    Cooperation with external agencies on content creation;
    Banner creation & execution for online marketing campaigns;
    Cooperation with the Sales colleagues in reaching potential customers;
    Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams;
    Generates reports and performance analysis for the digital & performance marketing activities;
