HOW DOES THE BENEFIT PLATFORM WORK?
The employer concludes a contract and sends a list of employees with the corresponding monthly budget. The platform works like an online store where each employee has secure access to a wide range of flexible benefits, offers and discounts, within the budget provided by the employer. The employer thus outsources a service that would have taken the company's internal resources, both time- and human/financialwise.

DORIM SĂ TE CUNOAŞTEM
Te aşteptăm să aplici dacă:
- Ai minim 2-3 ani de experiență în domeniul vânzărilor consultative B2B, în servicii digitale/financiare/ bancare/ telecomunicații.
- Ai o diplomă de licenţă şi / sau masterat în Managementul Afacerilor sau un domeniu similar.
Ai demonstrat, de-a lungul timpului:
- Orientare spre piață și către client
- Competență analitică și abilități de luare a deciziilor
- Abilități demonstrate de negociere cu clienți de nivel superior de management (de exemplu, CEO, CFO, COO, directori de resurse umane)
- Capacitatea de a lucra independent
- Cunoașterea pachetului MSOffice
- O atitudine pozitivă şi orientată către rezultate
- O atitudine calmă şi capabilă de a accepta refuzul
- Abilitatea de a învăţa despre produsele şi serviciile companiei şi de a le descrie / explica potenţialilor clienţi într-un limbaj cât mai simplu şi clar pentru aceştia
- Voce plăcută, abilităţi de negociere şi un discurs cursiv în cadrul discuţiilor telefonice
- Excelentă planificare şi abilităţi de organizare şi prioritizare.
Limbi necesare: Română şi Engleză
În calitate de Agent Telesales Benefit, vei promova și vinde platforma și serviciile Benefit clienților din portofoliul existent și vei prospecta piața pentru a achiziționa noi clienți corporate.
El/ea va trebui să se ocupe de:
- Promovarea și vânzarea platformei și serviciilor Benefit către clienții din portofoliul existent
- Prospectarea continuă a pieţei pentru a achiziţiona noi clienţi în zona alocată
- Gestionarea relaților cu clienții existenți, identificând în același timp oportunitățile de cross-sell și up-sell
- Pregătirea oferte comerciale, negocierea contractelor
- Elaborarea de analize de date și rapoarte legate de activitatea dvs. și performanța clienților
- Locaţia: Bucureşti
