QA Automation Specialist

What you need to know/have

2+ years of professional experience in software testing;
Automation testing experience (Python/Java/JavaScript);
Experience with web services and API testing;
Technical skills regarding network communication;
Web testing experience: REST API, HTTP requests, browser developer console.
Experience using Bug Reporting Tools (ex: JIRA);
Experience using 3th party tools for troubleshooting and testing;
Deductive reasoning and critical thinking with ability to relate from end-user perspective;
Technical skills in databases (MSSQL/ MongoDB);
Oral and written communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Automated testing of developed applications;

• Create and maintain automated tests and the automation framework;

• Develop and execute test scenarios according to application requirements;

• Find, reproduce and document bugs into our bug tracking systems (JIRA, Confluence);

• Execute exploratory, black box and gray box testing of applications;

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;

• Estimate and prioritize own testing tasks;

• Troubleshoot issues.
