    We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team to assure support to Customer Service team in a specific area of tasks:

    Our requirements:

    Previous experience in any kind of Customer Service area represents an advantage
    Strong attention to details in logging, updating, and managing customer requests
    Medium to advance on excel
    Self-motivated, great communication skills and fast learning
    Structured, ambitious, and well organized


    Your responsibilities:

    · Order processing (both in SAP and local commercial tool)

    · Record and follow up the dispute’s situations (complaints, deductions, returns etc.)

    · Efficiently answer to the commercial team requirements (shortages, delivery status, disputes)

    · Sending PDF invoices to customers or commercial representatives by e-mail

    · Maintain a good collaboration with commercial and physical distribution
