    Join Veeam Summer Internship in the HR Talent Management team! This internship is designed for students in their penultimate year of Bachelor, who want to gain real life work experience in a fast paced, exciting and professional environment, and the opportunity to understand more about the way of working in one of the most dynamic, creative, and engaging parts of the human resources function. The HR Talent Management department is responsible for setting up all employees for success by building a framework where everyone can grow and develop, professionally and personally. The program takes place between 15th of May to 30 of September 2023, 30 hours / week (6 hours / day), hybrid working, with the possibility of switching to full-time during summer vacation (8 hours / day). As HR Talent Management Intern, we are welcoming you as being fully part of our team! We are happy to share with you our programs, the way we look at development and career growth, how we encourage our colleagues to reflect on their diverse careers and boost their learning. You will have the opportunity to take part (as participant or observer) in our learning programs on a variety of topics, such as how to best communicate with your colleagues, how to drive your career and take smart decisions, what is your preferred working style.

    Responsibilities

    We will be expecting from you to fully support us by operationally managing our internal programs and events. This would require from your side to:

    • have a clear agenda of the upcoming learning programs / trainings and setup the pre-requisites for them (registrations, information for both participants and external providers if the case)

    • follow up on our trainings by coordinating the relationship and communication with the learning providers (externally) and participants (internally)

    • keep the talent management team informed about the upcoming agendha wile being able to pull out various reports, using our internal tools

    Requirements

    • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in their penultimate year of studies

    • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

    • Fluent in English

    • Interested in learning more about Human Resources department and about nurturing internal talent through Learning and Development processes

    • Ability to work independently with limited direction and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

    • Structured, organized, self-driven

    • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint; Excel)
