Higher education;
Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Environment legislation;
Technical course PSI;
Inspector in the field of occupational health and safety 80 hours;
Waste management course;
Course risk assessor in the field of SSM 240h;
Good knowledge: MS Office,
English language – intermediate level;
Organizational skills.

Implements and maintains the occupational health and safety and environmental management system within the company, according to the Romanian legislation and according to the S.H.E. Leoni manual;
Verifies the application of the current legislative regulations and rules regarding fire risk prevention, employee health protection and environmental protection;
Elaborates own instructions for the completion and/or application of the legal regulations, taking into account the peculiarities of the company’s activities, as well as of the specific workplaces/stations and risk areas identified;
Develops the training and testing program at company level and the topics for all training phases and establishes, in writing, the periodicity of training for each workplace;
Plans fire prevention and firefighting activities within the organization and organizes fire defense activities;
Trains employees in the field of fire prevention and extinguishing and controls the compliance with fire prevention and extinguishing measures,
Elaborates specific documents in the field of PSI, SSM, Environment;
Participates in the identification of environmental issues within the organization and provides support in the preparation of environmental reports and reports, development of the environmental monitoring program and waste monitoring;
Collaborates with the designated workers in the field of HSE, workers’ representatives and the occupational physician in order to develop, update and monitor the prevention and protection plan;
Performs internal audits in order to prevent accidents and occupational diseases;
Organizes the handling of chemicals, waste and potentially hazardous materials;
Ensures employees evacuation and fire intervention;
Ensures the preparation/updating of decisions regarding occupational safety and health, psi and environmental activities;
Maintains the Environmental Management Manual and procedures according to SR EN ISO 14001:2018 Environmental Management Systems;
Updates Occupational Safety and Health Management Manual and procedures according to ISO 45001:2018.
