    We are looking for a Digital Content and Channels Manager to join the Digital Employee Experience team, reporting to the Director, Content and Channels.

    As part of the LSEG's Employee Digital Experience Team you will work across our business to create a broad range of compelling content in different medias that can be successfully used across our internal digital channels.

    Being able to manage and influence multiple stakeholders will be key to this role, as will the ability to build creative assets that will form part of internal omnichannel communication campaigns.

    Experience within communication, campaigns and/or design would be hugely valuable, as would experience in creating video assets that could be used as part of internal campaigns.

    Being able to interpret, and use data and analytics, to deliver your work and support the team would be a big plus for this role.

    You should also be able to demonstrate proven understanding of the internal communications landscape and be able to effectively manage internal digital channels such as Viva Engage/Yammer, SharePoint, Poppulo or Digital Signage to deliver effective internal communication campaigns.

    To succeed in this role you will need to be naturally curious, have creative flair and be passionate about delivering great content-led campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage our digital channels such as Viva Engage/Yammer, SharePoint, Poppulo or Digital signage to reach more of colleagues with impactful content, timely news and information
    • Driving engagement and continued use of our digital channels across the internal communications team - supporting team members to leverage and execute campaigns effectively
    • Create digital content for our channels (video, signage, banners, infographics etc) that will form part of our omnichannel communication campaigns
    • Support in the delivery of group wide flagship communication campaigns such as global town halls, annual report, or financial results by effectively managing our channels and optimising content
    • Support in the management and maintenance of our intranet - making sure there is regular high-quality, fresh and current content on our homepage
    • Use analytics and insights to develop creative campaigns ideas and content that engages our internal audiences
    • Support in the management and maintenance of our various editorial planning calendars
    • Ensure all content is digitally accessible, and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
    • Act as a main point of contact between business leads and the communications team, providing professional communications guidance
    • Support the wider team in responding to messages, comments, and mentions on all internal platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • Further education in Communications, Design, Marketing or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal communications/digital/technology
    • Experience is financial services, or the data analytics industries would be a benefit

    Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

    • A creative eye with the ability to create high quality digital content (ie video production and digital asset creation)
    • Ability to manage digital channels effectively
    • Ability to interpret and use data and analytics to inform work
    • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
    • A 'can do' approach to problem solving including consulting with appropriate stakeholders to arrive at an answer, knowing when to escalate for advice
    • Ability to build in-depth understanding of complex issues and communicate these effectively
    • Confidence in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity in a constantly changing and challenging environment
    • Proven ability to manage your own work whilst working as part of a team
    • Resilience and a willingness to work flexibly and quickly, as well as being able prioritise a challenging workload with minimal support
    • Experience with Adobe creative applications, Sigma or similar products
