• Are native or proficient in both Italian and English
• Have availability to work in shifts: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 AM - 5:00 AM (rotating shifts)
• Have a stable Internet speed

As a Travel Advisor in our team, you will:

• Review customer requests and expectations then respond according to their needs and situations
• Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Learn how to use software solutions specific to travel industry that improve people’s lives
• Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client
• Grow with the team and share achievements together
