Customer Advisor with French - Bucharest

• Are available to work in shifts: Monday-Sunday 09:00-18:00 (1 h break)
• Focus on proactivity, self-motivation, and a solution-orientated mindset within a team
• Are available to work from our office in Bucharest

As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:

• Review customer requests and expectations and respond them according to their needs and situations
• Review customer files in order to identify missing or non-compliant documents
• Request missing documents, as per Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
• Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client
• Grow with the team and share achievements together
