- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role/client-facing role;
- You have proven professional experience in managing communications internally and externally;
- You can adapt to changing circumstances and new information that impacts goals and plans;
- You enjoy working in direct collaboration with the client;
- You are interested in learning and understanding IT projects at a high level;
- You have solid written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 Level);
- You have solid written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 Level);
- Nurture and develop relationships with key customer account Managers;
- Work closely with the business owner, HR and Sales team on a growth strategy and then devise an action plan with goals and objectives;
- Be involved in activities like cold emailing and cold calling to develop the client database;
- Maintain the relationship with the stakeholders from Germany;
- Take care of all the administrative tasks regarding the apartments in Germany;
- Take ownership and follows through on commitments;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets;
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system;
