    Who you are:

    • You have a University or technical college degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics or comparable engineering
    • You have at least 3 years of experience in hardware design
    • You must have atleast 2 years of experience with High-speed design and its application knowledge in automotive application or comparable application
    • You are familiar with different automotive communication protocol like Ethernet, Flexray, CAN-FD, UART etc.
    • You are able to analyze customer requirements and derive design concept
    • You are familiar with handling safety concept, Reset concept and supply concept
    • You are familiar with existing design methods like FMEA, DFMA, V-Model, DRBFM
    • You are familiar with different ASICs and Chipset used in high speed communication
    • You are familiar with handling product Engineering methods
    • We would also appreciate If you are willing to travel

    Job Description

    We are a dynamic and passionate team. With focus on electronics, we design, simulate and create the products so that ideas can come to life. Through our state of the art laboratories we build, verify and validate the products. We develop products in the area of ADAS for a more efficient mobility and safer driving.

    Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • Support the team (lead by content) with daily tasks, inspire the team by your passion for electronics;
    • Contribute to decision making on electronic circuits and schematics
    • Analyze and understand hardware requirements of automotive
    • Evaluate technical solutions and work on design feasibility studies;
    • Verify electronic samples in hardware laboratory;
    • Set-up and modify testing concepts to verify your design
    • Work on key technologies used in the vast majority of our automotive applications.
    • Be responsible for competence growth inside the team by actively sharing your skills;
    • Involve in recruitment of hardware design engineers.
    • Review and signoff all hardware design related documents (schematics, FMEAs, customer technical documents etc.) as technical lead
    • Cooperate with international development partners and Bosch production plants;
    • Report regularly to management about project status (risks, issues etc.);
    • Delivers effort estimations on the basis of the estimation model (contact person during quotation phase) 
    • Meet regularly with the internal and external customers (OEM's);
    • Facilitates and supports efficient work relations and good cooperation with other local as well as international departments
