Customer Advisor with German & English - Bucharest

- Are native or proficient both in German & English
- Are available to work from Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00 (1 h break)

- Are available to work from our office in Bucharest.

As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:

- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
- Manage multichannel interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Learn how to use software solutions specific for telecommunications industry that improve people’s lives
- Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
- Grow with the team and share achievements together
