    Qualifications:
    - Hands-on skills in Linux systems
    - Experience with BPM platform like APPIAN
    - Experience with queues and streaming technologies like IBM MQ/KAFKA
    - Experience with RedHat Openshift platform
    - Experience on Automation, CI/CD, microservices, and OpenShift
    - Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory
    - Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting technologies (ELK stack and Dynatrace
    preferred)
    - Hands-on experience using AWS Console and command line

    Nice to have:
    - Experience with tools like ServiceNow
    - Hands-on experience Appian BPM platform would be great.
    - Be familiar with problem troubleshooting, response, escalation, report and consolidation
    - Experience in complex, large-scale IT system operation delivery and support
    - Some Technical Certifications will be awesome!

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Assist in the definition of SBM architecture and design specifications;
    - Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade our SBM infrastructure and related applications on-
    premises or in the Cloud ;
    - Provide support in functionality and acceptance testing during the implementation of SBM
    applications and platforms;
    - Improve automation by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts.
    - Regularly monitor the performance of the SBM platform with tools like Dynatrace or ELK
    - Investigate and resolve incidents/ requests relating to SBM platform
    - Ensure availability of accurate documentation of standards, guidelines and procedures for
    effectively managing and maintaining the SBM platforms
    - Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports
    - Implement and support audit and compliance regulations as per requirements
    - Participate in Vulnerability process management
    - Participate in Change and Capacity Management for the designated platforms
