About the role:

We are looking for a new Payroll Trainee for our offices in Romania. 

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Supporting our Romanian HR&Payroll team in HR and Payroll related tasks for minimum complexity clients
• Understand Romanian legislation in order to be able to respond to client queries
• Manage HR admin documents: Preparation of employees certificates (any type of certificate); Preparation of individual employment contracts, addendums to the contracts, decisions, termination documents; Personnel files (data collection, completion);

• Employee data input in applications;
• Medical leave certificates (collection, verification and filling them in);

• Understand and manage our internal used programs (dp-payroll, TrueHR, Enate,Horizon)
• Contribute to the maintenance of our Clients’ specific requirements and contribute to their enactment together with the team (ex: Clients’ specific KPIs, invoicing and so on)

Ideally, you are meeting the following hiring requirements:

• Romanian language – mandatory;
• Business graduate
• Excellent computer knowledge (especially EXCEL)
• Fluent both spoken and written English
• Fast learning
• Clear and concise communication;
• Organized and pro-active attitude;
• Comfortable having work reviewed and receiving constructive feedback.
