Proven experience in a similar role of minimum 3 years
Experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
Good understanding of the local IT market
Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques is a plus (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and Boolean search strings)
Excellent English communication skills: written and verbal
Effective time-management and organizational abilities
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and brief them on the opportunities offered by our clients
Keep track of all applicants as well as keep applicants informed on the application process
Select potential candidates based on the candidate profile and job requirements
Contact candidates and conducts prescreening and interviews
Send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the client
Develop a short list of candidates
Build talent pipelines and keep them updated
Manage recruitment platforms, databases and internal tools
Complete and maintain the integrity of the database
Develop and maintain good collaboration with internal clients
