Production Team Leader

- Technical studies/ technical knowledge;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- SAP experience;

- Organize, lead and control the production activity for the assigned line/area, being responsible for achievements concerning quality, quantity, deadlines, expenses, inventory;
- Makes sure that production process is following the parameters in accordance with the work safety and environmental requirements;
- Organize and assess the activity of the Production Operators including motivation and promotion of continuous improvement ideas, in order to meet production goals with cost efficient processes;
- Generates productivity reports, headcount calculation and other operational metrics;
- Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests;
- Reviews and establishes material, equipment and manpower resource requirements;
- Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning, engineering, quality and logistics in order to assure production efficiency.
