Requirements

Responsibilities

This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration and Personnel.

The Procurer with French will:

* Pass the orders in conformity with sourcing plans (electronic catalogs in priority), or by punctual delegation;
* Follow-up the delivery of the goods in accordance with process and Michelin Purchasing Principles;
* Identify non quality and send claim to the supplier (delay, quantity, quality issue);
* Send purchasing requests overcoming authorized amount to the buyer;
* Monitor the orders, from request (in relation with sourcing plan) to delivery plans;
* Send any necessary information to the suppliers (requestor, delivery address, packaging);
* Follow-up the metrics (value creation);
* Archive administrative documents.
