Bosch Tech Days @Cluj Plant

Dedicated to specialists and experts in the field who are passionate about the automotive industry and curious to find out insights from our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, the event brings forward the opportunity to explore our production unit. 

Take a close look at how we use cutting-edge technology, implement digitalization solutions combined with machine-learning and artificial intelligence in order to produce and deliver high complexity electronics.  

Once you have chosen to register, we promise you a three-hour more than interesting journey within our plant. Explore the agenda below: 

• 11.00 – 11.30 a.m. - Warm welcome to Bosch Cluj Plant

• 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m - Production tour – it comes as an exciting opportunity for you to enter the production area and to see first-hand how our company operates. You will get to see right next to you how the materials are handled and how the production lines bring the state-of-the-art machinery and equipment into action. 

•  12.15 p.m. – 14.30 – we will hold a series of three workshops that will deep dive into our work at the plant

  • Digitalization solutions for production and logistics – presented within a marketplace that will offer you the chance to deeply explore the equipment and technologies behind the digitalization and automation solutions we implemented. You will be able to observe how technology based on autonomous robots and artificial intelligence may be used to make any process easier.

• Surface Mounting Technology workshop – with focus on the on the manufacturing and assembly of electronic components following the highest standards, the workshop will offer you a deep dive into our process and the equipment we use

• Planning workshop – learn how important is the coordination and planification for a manufacturing unit like Bosch Cluj Plant 

• 14.30 – 15.15 - Networking session – get-to-know the company representatives: human resources colleagues, hiring and technical managers, as well as the other participants

We will provide transportation from Cluj-Napoca to the Bosch Cluj Plant for all participants.
