University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance and professional qualifications (CECCAR, CCF, and ACCA - completed or in progress);
More than 5 years experience in a similar working environment, leading a team and managing a multitude of projects;
Working experience with accounting ERPs, such as Microsoft Nav, SAP, etc., as well as knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment;
Technology-oriented and innovation promoter;
Excellent project management skills, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills in all aspects of assigned project areas
Manage the delivery of BPS projects related to accounting and tax compliance services
Act as first point contact for a large number of multinational clients and being responsible for maintaining an excellent professional relationship
Assist in technology development and implementations, including selection of software packages, assessments of processes and data flows, tax systems implementation and configuration and digital transformation and accounting-related data analytics
Play an active role in the business development process including developing relationships, generating leads, and qualifying opportunities
Assist with targeting and marketing solutions, spotting opportunities
Embrace new technologies to deliver quality outputs as efficiently as possible
Coach the team and encourage them to take ownership of their development
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to make an impact that matter
