    Responsibilities

    Develop, implement, and maintain Rewards programs and policies for the group; (STI, LTI etc.)
    Lead the budgeting process for Retail and Headquarter organization;
    Propose improvements and changes based on company OKRs and internal customer feedback;
    Play a crucial role in designing the Rewards benchmarking philosophy and approach;
    Coordinate the data submission process and the analysis of position vs. market and makes proposals;
    Supports team members in their personal development and processes related to the Rewards area;
    Support the Head of Rewards in developing the Superbet Reward Strategy and philosophy;
    Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the company;
    Analyzes cost containment strategies and make proposals in terms of budget allocation;
    Supports the team in the Success Factors implementation of Comp Module and Variable Pay;
