We are a Romanian company active in the field of direct marketing with products sold all over the globe, which currently is looking to employ a person in the Customer Support department.

What are our expectations:
- Speak English fluently (C1)
- You are the type of person who gets things done;
- You are a very good organizer;
- Pay attention to details;
- You are a practical person with common sense;
- You can empathize equally well with a 12-year-old boy and a 72-year-old veteran;
- You can understand why that person behaves the way he or she does.
- It would be a plus to have previous experience working in a customer support department or to have worked abroad (especially in the USA).

Each day you will:
- Answer our customers' questions about their purchases by email or other channels - Always in written form
- Monitor our brands and increase engagement and awareness in various niches;
- Interact with customers to learn how our brands are perceived;
- Collect and interpret information collected from the market;
You will also have the chance to promote from customer support to marketing specialist if you have good ideas and the company will see that you are motivated to learn and develop.
