    We are looking for an HR Admin to support our HR department, who will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from the inside and outside of our organization.

    Mandatory Skills and Abilities:

    • Proven work experience as a HR Admin, for at least 1 year;
    • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel medium to advanced, in particular);
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;
    • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills;
    • An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams;
    • Flexibility and willingness to always learn.

    Responsabilitati

    Position Summary:

    • Collect necessary documents for employment;
    • Organize, maintain, archive personnel records according to internal procedures;
    • Prepare HR documents, like/such as employment contracts, new hire guides, HR policies;
    • Assist payroll by providing employee information (attendance, sick days, benefits etc.);
    • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (turnover rates, new hires);
    • Liaise with external partners like Health and Safety provider(s) and Health Care provider(s);
    • First point of contact with employees on HR-related issues;
