    Cerinte

    • German and English (C1 level)
    • Attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Client-focused attitude
    • Being open to new challenges
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
    • Previous experience in Customer Services is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    • Perform Accounts Payable SD tasks according to the defined desktop procedures and defined targets
    • React to client requests and queries in a timely fashion
    • Update all required process documentation
    • Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the clients
    • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with vendors, employees, other departments
    • Actively identify improvement areas and propose new solutions

    Activity: 10% voice, 10% reporting, 80% back-office (emails, chat, etc.)
