Project Manager with German

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience & Education

Educated to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Business, IT or other related fields
Equivalent training are considered a plus: Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Prince 2
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in IT services
Experience with Project Management in outsourcing environment
Relevant industry knowledge and technical skills (IT infrastructure and workplace, automation, cross functional services)
ITIL knowledge would represent an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, basic Visio skills
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM
Extensive written and oral communication skills: English and German
Availability for travel aprox.10% of the time (if applicable)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Development and implement a detailed transition project plan based on major project milestones
Development of Project communication plan
Develop change, risk, financial, knowledge, resource and vendor management processes based on client requirements
Develop and manage project timelines and budget based on key project achievements
Provide and supervise deliverables based on contract, statement of work and solution designs
Validate service solutions based on solution designs together with technical team
Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities during assigned projects
Contribute to the stability of the operational phase of the project
Manage project closure and handover
