    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting or a related field;
    - 3+ years of professional experience; previous financial analysis, and controlling experience is a plus;
    - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel);
    - Very good command of the English language;
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    - Proactive attitude;
    - Good analysis, planning, and reporting skills;
    - Results-driven and very organized.


    - Issue invoices for clients, monitor and book the suppliers’ invoices accordingly;
    - Review the invoices for payment;
    - Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that invoices are paid on time;
    - Prepare monthly financial reports;
    - Analyze the evolution of costs and budgets;
    - Analyze and interpret actual vs. budgeted differences in expenditure and income;
    - Implement actions for costs optimization;
    - Monitor company performance by analyzing financial reports;
    - Prepare HR documents and update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status;
    - Organize and maintain personnel records;
    - Assist the payroll outsourcing company by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules);
    - Liaise with external partners;
    - Maintain confidentiality of information.
