What will you do?
- Work closely with the business owner, HR and Sales team on a growth strategy and then devise an action plan with goals and objectives;
- Make market research to identify new potential partners with whom we can grow our teams and business;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets;
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system;
- Take ownership and follow through on commitments;
