    Job role
    As a Contract Manager (m/f/d), you will be teaming up with a global team to ensure governance of the contract lifecycle, by reviewing documents and aligning with internal stakeholders on gaps in coverage until ensuring the signature of all relevant parties using a digital signature tool.


    • Provides clients with objective advisory services in the dedicated area of expertise, based on a solid understanding of their businesses, industries, regulatory environments and markets;
    • Manages and coordinates stakeholders and builds a project communication structure;
    • Contract lifecycle management including contract definition, assessing gaps in coverage, handling of change requests and exit processes;
    • Oversees contractual governance and manages contractual/contractual process-related matters;
    • Takes own actions on directly liaising between customer, account management and service owners;
    • Project-manages the implementation and revision of contractual processes, including documentation management and workflow management;
    • Independently tracks & reports status for monthly & quarterly dashboards;
    • Supports Head of IT and Account Manager on general commercial topics (ad-hoc basis);
    • Manages key internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority within Allianz Technology and Allianz Group OEs.

    • Higher education degree in business administration, economics, law or comparable qualification;
    • Minimum 5 years previous experience in Contract Management/ IT Project management/ Procurement/ Service delivery/ Service performance management;
    • Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication);
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Good communication skills also in challenging situations with the ability to build rapport with remote teams and other stakeholders;
    • Attention to detail while working in complex environments and sticking to short timelines
    • Strong commitment to confidentiality;
    • Process, project management and IT service management training and / or certification desirable;
    • Experience in working with digital signature tools (e.g. Namirial) is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems based on multiple sources of information;
    • Assertive with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse stakeholder group;
    • Team player with proven ability to collaborate with immediate team, customers and other organizational areas and departments;
    • Exposure to working on a global level across diverse cultures and geographies;
    • Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information;
    • Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent.
