Quality Engineer - Tires

Job Description

Ensure introducing, implementing and respecting rules, procedures, specifications and work instructions defined within the quality management system, in area of responsibility. Provide SPS related methodologies and tools support;

Responsible for elaborating and updating risk analysis (FMEA) and of documents to plan quality (PPAP,APQP);

Responsible for protection of internal and external client by demanded actions;

Ensures following compliance with the process and product specifications;

Responsible for daily, monthly, annual analyzes related to process and product, initiates corrective actions;

Supports and coaches the team during SPS activities by facilitating workshops and providing SPS related method and tool support;

Provides support on the shopfloor for the materials checks and releases during the production processes;

Provides feedback to the SPS team by using e.g. the Evaluation and feedback sheet.

University studies (technical university, preferably Chemical Engineering);

Knowledge of Quality tools(SPS, SPC, PFMEA, MSA, Control Plan, 8D);

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);

IATF standard;

SPS Methodologies and Tools (incl. Lessons Learned) ;

Advanced English;
