• Minimum 2 years experience as Project Manager;
• Driver's license;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Good organizational and activity planning skills;
• Experience in renewables energy would be a nice to have;
• Moral and professional integrity;
• Promptness and efficiency in solving work tasks;

• Seriousness/Responsibility;
• Deep communication skills and interest in working together with other people.

• Development of renewable energy projects (photovoltaic, windmills) within the terms and budgets;
• Preparation of project reports and analyses and preparation of the necessary technical documentation;
• Coordination of subcontracted engineering activities and approval of works;
• Analysis and preparation of tenders from a technical and financial point of view;
• Coordination, implementation and monitoring, as well as specialized technical assistance during the execution of works on site for the designed systems;
• Professional technical assistance for assembly, execution and commissioning;
• Checking the stage of project implementation and allocating the necessary resources;
• Obtaining and maintaining all the authorizations and attestations necessary for carrying out the managed activities;
• Throughout the project lifecycle, it identifies, evaluates and implements all opportunities to improve results;
• Ensures risk monitoring in all phases of the project;
• Identifies and minimizes the costs related to non-compliance;
• Implements the procedure for solving problems and problems (identification, analysis, actions and control), with all the necessary internal and external partners;
• Manages the acceptance of delivered units and services, performing quality controls.
