    Cerinte

    Expectations:

    • knowledge of e-commerce industry issues
    • English B2 or C1
    • knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and Google Analytics
    • independence in action, good organization of own work and commitment
    • the ability to support the team in the implementation of assigned tasks
    • analytical skill
    • experience in cooperation with a premium brand will be a plus
    • Knowledge of SAP will be a plus

    Responsabilitati

    Conducting activities regarding the optimization and development of the e-commerce platform in accordance with the guidelines received from the EE Region and the Miele Headquarters
    • Coordination / planning of the e-commerce calendar and sales activities
    • Operational support in the monitoring of websites and the online store (microsites and landing pages, banners, activation materials)
    • Cooperation with the Activation Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to support traffic acquisition and conversion
    • Support and cooperation in the design, implementation and optimization of CRM strategies and plans (loyalty strategy, market segmentation, cross-selling and up-selling strategies)
    • Regular performance tracking with continuous analyzes and reports that provide practical recommendations and observations, incl. sales and implementation of priorities in order to better identify the target group
    • Cooperation with internal stakeholders: sales department, back office, marketing department and EE HUB team in the field of providing feedback, business needs, exchange of local best practices in order to optimize e-commerce processes
    • Proposing modification of e-commerce processes in order to optimize them best
    • Co-creation of e-mail campaigns and marketing automation processes
    • Analysis of changing trends in the area of e-commerce
    • Updating product offer
