The required qualification for the job is: Technical degree and experience with coatings

The characteristics and responsibilities of the job are:

Act as our first point of contact on all technical items for a defined customer/customer plant
Provide on-site technical support in the application of products and processing techniques and resolution of product performance issues
Coordinate and handle all tasks related to the paint process incl. adjustments of paint, material management and monitoring of paint performance
Provide immediate failure analysis and supports root cause and definition/implementation of corrective actions
Provide regular feedback and input about product and performance to respective other functions/teams within Axalta
Check and visualize batch performance
Represent Axalta during all relevant meetings (e. g. with logistics, engineering and process department) organized by the customer
Plan, monitor and track demand of the customer
Enter, maintain and control technical data in the required databases
Provide regular reporting
