Category Manager HoReCa

In the role of Category Manager HoReCa, you will use your skills and learn with us to: 

• Be responsible with developing action plans defined with the manager to reach the agreed KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), regarding P&L (Profit & Loss) for mandated suppliers; 
• Take part in defining the strategy together with the manager; 
• Be essential in deciding our actions in line with category strategy, market trends and customer expectations; 
• Build dependable relationships with assigned suppliers to support all processes from contacting to delivery and re-order and negotiate contracts for the certain category; 
• Define the price policy, promotions, articles positioning; 
• Follow and check the results of the department daily and take appropriate actions agreed with the manager, in order to meet targets. 

• Organizational and multi-tasking skills, prioritization, and decision-making skills, be creative and good communication, multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Experience with HoReCa industry;
• Confidence in your ability to achieve great results for our customers and our business; 
• Proven experience in HoReCa and commerce in a similar role; 
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods; 
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability; 
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills and ambition; 
• Learning agility, resilience; 
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; 
• Proficiency in English.
