Join our METRO team as a Learning and Development Intern, Iași based!

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be a young Professional - Recently graduated with a master’s degree from university or student in the final year, preferably in the field of Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources (Please check if you are eligible from your University/ Faculty to take part at this internship program);
• Driven, determinate and open minded;
• Very organized, sociable and communicative;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Solution and result-oriented mindset;
• Fluency in English;
• Computer literacy (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with focus on high proficiency in Excel;
• Eager to learn and develop;
• Project based extracurricular activities are a plus.

• Offer support on specific activities related to the department processes with prior clear guidance from our experienced colleagues; 
• Operate with internal applications and systems;
• Collaborate with the other departments within the company in order to collect the necessary information;
• Manage small projects based on skills, experience and knowledge.
