    Requirements

    2+ years of leadership experience in a customer support/service setting;
    Leadership skills – takes initiative to answer questions and proactively identifies and resolves staff concerns and barriers to success;
    Excellent written and oral communication skills;
    Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
    High attention to detail; Proficiency in English Bachelor’s degree

    Responsibilities

    Actively lead and train members of the Customer Support Team to achieve maximum results;
    Document and evaluate team progress and build development plans for team members;
    Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching;
    Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
    Analyze customer support issues and drive service-level improvements through data analysis and insights, while performing root cause analysis on complex, repetitive and reoccurring common issues seen across more junior team members.
