    Compania desfășoară operațiuni în retail, unde are o rețea de aproximativ 1.000 de agenții stradale, precum și în online, prin intermediul website-ului și al aplicațiilor de pariuri sportive și gaming.


    Previous experience in a similar position is required;
    Good communication skills; Multitasking abilities;
    Negotiations skills;
    Hand-on approach, analytical spirit, logical thinking;
    Coordination and process optimization skills;


    Establishing and maintaining a good and efficient relationship between the company and utilities providers (sanitation, water, gas, electricity, etc);
    Creating and updating a complete and correct database for all the utility providers; Ensuring the functionality of all utilities by respecting the payments and contractual terms;
    Archiving and integrating all the utility contracts for each shop;
    Making proposals / additional documents / POA`s for/in relation to providers;
    Verifying the daily status of the utilities contracts` viability and validity for avoiding the potential negative impact on the good function of the shops;
    Studying and proposing efficient solutions for consumes optimizations;
    Transferring, in some cases, the utility contracts by changing the holder of those contracts;
    Field working in order to sign the utility contracts – as the case may be;
    Studying the ongoing contracts, identifying the possible lacks, and proposing solutions for solving it;
    Establishing and maintaining good relations with energy/gas suppliers, completing and sending the documents for obtaining certificates and approval notices;
    Cashing back the outstanding amounts deposited as utility guarantees;
    Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with Owners` Associations in order to solve daily problems reported by Operational Department;
    Verifying, identifying, and cashing back duplicate utility payments;
    Closing utility contracts when the working place is closed; Solving unpredictable situations (utility interruption); Ensuring documents support for Operational Department on demands of the Authorities
