    -Experience - minimum 3 years (similar position)
    -Higher education
    -English language - fluent (written and spoken) - mandatory
    -Advanced PC skills (word, excel, power point, microsoft outlook)
    -Ability to work with deadlines and to select priorities
    -Diplomacy, perseverance, discretion, attitude, initiative
    -Person with initiative, orderly, communicative, receptive, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.


    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
    • Receiving and redirecting telephone calls to the targeted persons
    • Participates in the meetings and techno-edits the conclusions of the meetings
    • Protocol organization (in-house festive meals and restaurant reservations)
    • Flight ticket reservations on external and internal routes and hotel reservations
    • Involvement in organizing company events
    • Supplying the company with consumables (office - stationery)
    • Receives the reports of colleagues from various departments, centralizes them and hands them over to the Director General
    • Complete various up-to-date situations regarding: imports, expenses regarding accommodation and travel, protocol, etc.
