Finance Accounting Intern

Your skills & expertise:

-Student within Faculty of Accounting or student within Academy of Economic Studies with Accounting courses
-Good Microsoft Office skills
-English language – medium to advanced level
-Hands on and problem solver mindset
-Good communication and time-management skills.
-Tenacious and detail-orientated working style, with a drive to resolve issues.

This Accounting Internship is an opportunity within Bucharest Shared Services office, serving the local finance team, having as main responsibilities the support of the accounting activities for the office in compliance with Romanian accounting and tax legislation.

Key responsibilities:

-Check travel expenses reports and book them in SAP
-Archive the travel expenses reports
-Book invoices in SAP in accordance with the instructions and company’s procedures
-Assist the Senior Accountant or Site Finance Leader with different ad hoc requests
-Extract data from SAP and do specific verifications
-Extract data from SAP and match with invoices or other documents
