    Job Description

    • Analyzes internal defective parts and update the failure catalogue based on findings;
    • Propose/request modification of the failure catalog;
    • Prepares documentation for internal and external complaints and 8D, problem solving sheet PSS, Concessions;
    • Coordinates and check the line release documents;
    • Involves value stream management for approval for line release documentation;
    • Collect and monitor the corrective actions following the analysis of failed or scrap parts (Q Alert, 8D, PSS, PDCA);
    • Use all available resources to ensure that the corrective actions are closed by the counter part responsible;
    • Fills in the standardized documents for quality topics within the production department with the required information (14 Q Principles, QAM, 4M, 5S, Stop Board);
    • Use all available resources to ensure that the standardized documents are implemented without deviations;
    • Complete reports of daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;
    • Responsible to track the parts from the quarantine, reasons of block and storage;
    • Works with production engineer and/or process engineer and other responsible structures (QMM, ENG) in order to collect all the information about parts in order to unblock them;
    • Ensures the communication between responsible for the internal audits;
    • Collects from the internal audits the OPL;
    • Responsible to maintain and improve the content of the standards of inspection ( visual, measurements etc.)
    • Draws up documents for internal and external complaints;
    • Monitor the corrective actions following the analysis of the requested parts (Q Alert, 8D, PSS, PDCA);
    • Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.
