    • Bachelor's degree in engineering;
    • Experience in managing occupational health & safety for minimum 3 years;
    • Certified as occupational health & safety specialist (80 hours course);
    • Preferably risk evaluator certificate (240 hours course);
    • Experience in management systems ISO 45001;
    • Internal auditor certification for ISO 45001;
    • Proficient in Microsoft tools, such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams;
    • Deep knowledge of Romanian legislation for occupational health & safety;
    • Good at conflict management, problem solving, internal customers satisfaction, communication and negotiation;
    • English - very good written and spoken languages skills.

    Job Description

    In your role you will: 

    • Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment and practices to ensure that they follow safety standards and government regulations;
    • Supervise of the EHS Management System as per standard and Bosch requirements;
    • Design, maintain or update health & safety processes and procedures;
    • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify what caused them and how they might be prevented;
    • Handle the health & safety related internal & external documents;
    • Train and coach our associates in the field of occupational health & safety;
    • Be responsible of hazardous materials/substances management;
    • Be responsible for promoting and instill a healthy mindset within our organization;
    • Be proactive and aware in global trends for occupational health & safety;
    • Constant strategical align with other functions, such as Facility Management or Human Resources;
    • Provide international benchmarks and exchange with other Bosch locations;
    • Define, propose, implement and coordinate new projects or initiatives for occupational health & safety.
