    3+ years of professional experience in game industry.

    Proficiency level in 3D modelling software (Maya, 3DS Max or Blender), advanced knowledge of Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop.

    In-depth knowledge of game-art photorealism, game-rest geometry optimization, hard-surface modeling, PBR texturing.

    Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and tools.

    Proven project management skills.

    Strong communication and English-speaking skills.

    Comfortable working with remote teams.

    Model all kinds of complex environment game assets (buildings, props, vehicles, weapons and robots).

    Adapt to various art directions and different project styles.

    Find creative and original ideas to improve workflows. 

    Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude.

    Organize project tasks and ensure your team keeps to the production schedule.

    QA: make sure that everyone in your team matches the required project quality.

    Communicate with the client’s operational team regarding all the production phases for your team’s assets.
