-Bachelors/Master’s Degree;
-IT experience in Testing for: Windows/Linux based desktop applications and MS office application suite;
-Extensive knowledge of Testing lifecycle and core testing process/techniques using different test approaches;
-Excellent knowledge in testing skills (provide estimations, design test plan and test strategy, writing test scenarios, cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs);
-Romanian language: advanced;

-Providing Test Management and Testing expertise to Product Engineering;
-Managing the Product Engineering test process and artefacts;
-Coordinating and coach colleagues regarding proper test procedure, review techniques for test basis and validate test case definition;
-Underwrite the quality of Test Plans;
-Liaise with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to identify and assess new development or configuration tasks with the functions and objects affecting them;
-Using defect management to ensure defects are successfully resolved;
-Be the primary point of contact between project team, department and development team, for all test activities;
-Escalate of all test-relevant topics, participates in conflict resolution in the test environment;
-Requirements Gathering – Review the requirements documents to ensure alignment in terms of signed off scope; Guide the team to identify the critical requirements;
-Seek clarifications on requirements; Assess and identify tools to meet the clients' requirements; Prepare L0 estimates (in terms of time and effort) based on requirement analysis. Gather, Define and validate requirements (e.g. Non Functional Requirements- Security, scalability etc.); Understand the architecture and environment;
-Test Planning, Design, Development & Execution- Create / review the test strategy, test plans; Seek review / sign-off from internal and external stakeholders; Identify resource requirements; Prepare detailed estimates; Review test design created by team members; Provide sign off on test scenarios; Review test scripts / cases / data; Define the scripting standards; Review the workload; Review the test set up and test scripts/code created by the team; Monitor the test execution and review the test summary report;
-Clarify any major issues with the client and guide team to implement mitigation plans;
-Metrics Analysis & Reporting- Review daily / weekly metrics on schedule and any other deviations;
-Publish daily/ weekly status reports; Share metrics / SLA reports with program leadership;
-Stakeholder Management- Participate in governance meetings to address queries;
-Participate in status calls weekly/ monthly with internal / external stakeholders to review status, highlight issues, derive action points;
-Defect Prevention/ Leakage Retrospection- Co-ordinate meetings to go over Defect Prevention / Leakage retrospection; Review Defect prevention plan and implementation status at defined intervals; Review the root cause analysis to identify reasons leading to defect leakage; Identify action plan to prevent the same in future;

-Lean Control Tool (LCT) tool awareness and hands on;
-Awareness about non-functional testing – Performance and security Testing;
-Understanding of Infrastructure testing- failover and DR testing;
-Very good German, English and Romanian speaking skills;
