The project:
Refinitiv FX Aggregator enables seamless access to liquidity. It allows a flexible choice of venue and execution management options to trade forex straight from the Refinitiv desktop.
Clients can connect LSEG regulated markets, as well as third-party venues and exchanges (such as CBOE FX, EuronextFX, B3 and others on demand), offering the widest choice of access to liquidity on the market.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to by the product team and be able to be a voice of reason and authority; Focus on Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and iterative, incremental delivery
Facilitates all agile events as requested or needed; Ensure the product team is fully functional and productive
Drive Sprint Planning along with Product Owner and Scrum Team
Remove impediments / blockers, shield the team from external interferences, and enable collaboration across all roles
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
Tracking project processes and deliverables
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred
Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred
3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
5+ years of project management experience in the Information Technology space
Experience with Agile tools (Jira)
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, value measurement
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and shifting priorities
