    Requirements

    Responsibilities

    This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management.

    What will you do?

    * Checks records of employees in the reference computer system.

    * Ensures the treatment of administrative questions and requests from employees.

    * Evaluates and reports on the achievement of the objectives and on the results of the team, takes measures to eliminate deviations from the established standards that could have a negative impact.

    * Provides operational support to users, specialists and experts from the Payroll & HR Admin activity

    * Is a Key user of the associated IT system.

    * Coordinates the implementation of new elements, projects.

    Prepares and sends specific reports to Accounting and Treasury in accordance with local requirements (payment estimates, tax declarations, salary summaries, etc.) and with the established calendar;

    * Guarantees the correctness and coherence of the records operated in the IT system through constant checks;

    * Prepares and transmits the monthly closing calendar / Pilots the pre-closing and closing of the month;

    * Ensures the correctness of the global salary calculation, by checking and applying specific internal control points;

    * Permanently monitors the legislative changes in the salary field and ensures regular information of the team regarding these changes;

    * Provides the information/explanations requested in external and internal audits;

    * Calculates and transmits provisions for unused vacations, annual premiums, rest tickets and treatment;

    * Performs the internal control points related to the payroll activity in the assigned perimeter, with the frequency required in the internal control manual and according to the methods agreed with the internal controllers/ resp. quality;

    * Provides operational technical and administrative support for the development and implementation of programs, processes and tools in the field of activity;

    * Supervises compliance with performance indicators and, in case of non-compliance, actively participates in the analysis of causes and proposes solutions to improve performance;

    * Handles complaints and provides support/explanations to employees in the perimeter regarding salary calculation;
