    • Preferably University degree or student in final year;
    • Preferably 6 months – 1 year in a similar role;
    • Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel – medium level, Word, Outlook, etc);
    • Good English level;
    • Organized and responsible;
    • Team player;
    • Positive attitude;
    • Detail oriented;
    • Able to handle highly confidential information;
    • Work in a hybrid environment;


    • Responsible for archiving all the necessary documents for employee’s files;
    • Ensure that employees files are complete and respects data confidentiality
    • Responsible for internal and external hiring process (offer letter, medical check-up, labor contract preparation, addendums and registration);
    • Registering the employees' requests regarding different types of certificates / documents, requesting them to the external provider, verifying and sending the documents to the employees;
    • Act as a point of contact with the external provider for all the documents issued by them;
    • Coordinate the periodical medical check-up
    • Act as point of contact with the Health and Safety provider and offer support when needed
    • Prepare the necessary documents for pregnancy, contract suspension, return from childcare leave, unpaid leave documents, etc.
    • Required monthly and ad-hoc statistical and any other type of report;
    • Introduce employees data in the HR application and check their correctness.
