Financial Controller - Controlling & Reporting team

Provide accurate Actual data for monthly reporting and analysis
Reconciliation of financial data deriving from different databases (SAP, Controlling Board, SNOW, Sharepoint)
Follow-up with stakeholders on the monthly deviations of the costs
Prepare the data for the re-clasiffication of costs and coordinate with Accounting department
Support in analysis of actual financial data
Resource management (allocation of working time for internal employees) in SNOW PPM
Creation or modification of projects (team members, project lifetime, delegates) in SNOW
Offer support for end-to end ordering process, contract management and for Demandbook process
Offer support for invoice registering (PO & non-po process)
Perform a monthly quality check of the input for monthly provisioning in coordination with Reporting team
Perform a monthly quality check of the input for the manual internal bookings in collaboration with Controlling team
Quality check of information on the projects in Workfront, check against budget and perform the approval and coordinate with PPM team
Support in timely, compliant and accurate month end closing in regards to capitalization of Projects
Sharing files efficiently free of errors, performing quality and content checks
Extraction and aggregation of data (various and ad-hoc reports)
Perform controlling ad-hoc tasks ensuring quality input for the customer
Support the team with improving existing templates, global standard settings and harmonization among the existing reports
Requirements & Skills
Good understanding of finance, controlling and reporting processes
Good SAP FI/CO knowledge skills
SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workfront knowledge would be a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
Fluent English written and spoken
Excellent in data management / Handling various databases
Accurate and reliable way of working;
Reliable work attitude;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Customer and service oriented demeanor;
Proactive behavior and engagement within a dynamic controlling workflow;
Self-confidence or ability to handle stress and challenging timely work requests;
Cross functional collaboration across different areas to achieve overall business understanding.
