    Job role
    Support Allianz OE projects by active participation in Business Transformation Projects covering roles across Business Analysis, Consulting, Offshoring, Project Management & Process design/ Re-engineering (BPR). This multifaceted individual contributor role entails real-world, value-added global consulting experience and offers opportunities to undertake Business related engagements.

    Responsibilities
    Support the product owner for global IT implementation of MS Dynamics at Allianz Services
    Take lead in meeting with internal customers and perform an initial assessment of business requests
    Evaluate and identify business needs, analyze, and interpret requirements and prepare them after evaluation together with the project team for implementation and prioritization following the overarching project plan
    Test, identify, and raise issues within the system to come to better results for the business and all relevant stakeholders
    Work together with Allianz Technology – the IT provider of Allianz – and their sub-contractors in requirement definition, story refinement, testing and sign off process
    Document work results in an appropriate manner using the available tools, like JIRA, Confluence or Teams
    Actively participate in all scrum meetings, like Dailys, Reviews or Retrospectives
    Provide internal client support on 2nd level and act as link between 1st level and development team
    Support the business transition towards MS Dynamics as global Operating System of Allianz Services making use of Project Management skills, providing effective solutions
    Participates in the development of UAT test scenarios and provides support for business testing activities.
    Capable to complete project assignments in a timely manner, while taking responsibility for project timelines and deliverables

    Requirements
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office
    Fluent English written and spoken; German as a plus
    Experience with management presentations
    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Apps and JIRA as a plus
    Experience with Agile Methodology
